No. All shipping is non refundable. When you return an item, original shipping is not refunded.
The return window is 30 days from day you received your item.
A Return label can be given for a charge of $7 deducted from refund.
Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box or we cannot accept them. Place the shoes in the original branded shoe box, and place that shoe box in another box and then return it. (You can reuse the original box we shipped it in). The reason for this is, we cannot resell shoes without a shoe box.
The cost of the item minus a $7 return label fee. For example: your Jacket was $100. It will be $100 - $7= $93. If you paid original shipping, that amount is nonrefundable also. Just think of the cost of the item minus $7.
Yes. Ours is only $7. Feel free to ship it back how ever you like. We have a bulk postage discount and going to the post office or UPS on your own is likely to be more expensive than just using our prepaid label.
Yes a return label is emailed to you in a email (check spam folder). Please print it out and package up the item and tape the label on it.
